Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using topos ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

topos is a flashcard and memory app designed to help you learn and retain information. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits

Your Content

You retain ownership of all flashcards, notes, and other content you create in the app. Your content is stored locally on your device.

When using AI features, text you submit is processed to generate flashcards. We do not claim ownership of your content or the generated flashcards.

Subscriptions

topos offers optional paid subscriptions (topos Pro) with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You will be charged when the trial period expires.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your needs
• Your data will never be lost (please maintain your own backups)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
